Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to all parties involved. Our refund policy is designed to balance these considerations.

Cancellation by Guest

  • Within 24 hours of booking confirmation: Guests may cancel their booking and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the event start time.

  • Up to 7 calendar days before the event start time: Guests may cancel their booking and receive a full refund.

  • Between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time: Guests may cancel their booking and receive a 50% refund, excluding any processing fees.

  • Less than 24 hours before the event start time: Cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Host

In the rare event that a host needs to cancel a confirmed booking, we reserve the right to fully refund the guest account.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed when a cancellation request has been formally submitted through our platform. Please note that cleaning fees are always refunded if a guest cancels a booking and does not use the space.
