Studio Rules

General Rules

We are no longer accepting the following:

- 20 v 1 style videos

- Ballon pop style videos

• No smoking in the building 

• No pets allowed

• Furniture must be moved back to where you found it

• Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

• No smoking in spaces. A fee will be applied per incident

• All lights and props MUST be returned to their original place. 

• Do not enter the studio before your booking time.

• We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking

• The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Trash and/or spills must be cleaned. Any damages to equipment or excessive trash will be followed by a fee.

• No thumbtacks or nails are allowed, if using tape use painter's tape. 

• Nothing is permitted on the walls or the backdrops. 

• No cooking on the interior No alcohol or floor spills allowed, please tidy up. 

• No alcohol in the studio if underage

• Can not stand on curve of cyc wall

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved. Please return by end of reservation. 

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

The Studio is equip with multiple cameras. 2 located in photography studio, 1 in podcast room, 1 in main hallway, and 1 in front entrance/ lounge area.
